Putting The Customer First at the Media Centre

The Media Centre, Huddersfield, is delighted to announce the appointment of Ann Storey in the new role of Client Business Development Manager.

Ann joins us from CIDA (Creative Business Development Agency), where she is Business Growth Manager; she has a strong understanding of creative business issues and already has a good working knowledge of the Media Centre. She will focus on supporting and promoting client services.

Teo Greenstreet, Chief Executive of the Media Centre, said

"The Media Centre is all about developing the resources to help creative businesses flourish. Ann brings a great combination creative business development knowledge and operational know how that will really enhance our delivery."

We are also delighted to announce that we have just received 'Putting the Customer First' accreditation, the national standard for customer service, from Customer First... The award assesses a range of customer-focused measures and so confirms the standard of our service, a standard we intend, where possible, to exceed.
